Advisor Support
Your operation is supported by central marketing and our administrative centre but most importantly by your EATdot Adviser who will act as a catalyst for communication. He or she will provide assistance and support that will ensure that your food service team is in a position to provide a catering service that is proactive, targeted at student needs and in line with your aspirations, both qualitatively and financially.
Everything you need to make sure your food service successful is provided by EATdot's support team.
EATdot In-House encourages best practice in menus, marketing, financial process and procurement. The result is a package that will drive income, improve standards and consistently attract custom.
EATdot is offered on a licence agreement. Sovereignty over menu contents, tariffs and staffing, in fact all day to day management, remains with the School. However, you will be taking advantage of a fully developed School meals concept ready to use "off the shelf".
EATdot Base - package (year one)In the first year you will be provided with everything you need to transform your food services. You choose how much you wish to use and how much support you need. Subsequent years receive much the same offer, with the exception of the Set Up Signage and Mobilisation Support.
EATdot Close - Support
In the case of both the first and subsequent years you may choose to enhance the support you receive from EATdot by taking advantage of the Close Support Package. Support is provided by a dedicated EATdot Adviser who has a depth of experience within the catering industry, in deliverying innovative solutions.
EATdot Supplementary - Services
All the supplementary services are provided to assist Schools, predominantly in their first year of running the service In-House. Additional training can be provided in situations where there are management changes. Training on Basic Food Hygiene, a government requirement can be provided on an annual basis (minimum of 8 people). All supplementary services are charged on an individual basis.
